individual user’s disk space/bandwidth limits?
As an
administrator, can I access every account user’s files?
One of my users
needs to recover their files. Can I do
this for them?
Q: Can all the users
in our Aegis Admin account
share our disk space/bandwidth limits?
A:
Yes. By default, all your users share the disk
space/bandwidth limits that your account has.
You will not be charged additional usage charges for disk space or
bandwidth unless you exceed the total limit
as calculated by adding all your users together.
Q: Can I cap individual user’s disk
space/bandwidth limits?
A:
Currently,
Aegis Admin does not allow an administrator to cap individual user’s
bandwidth.
Q: As an administrator, can I access every
account user’s files?
A:
Yes. If you are the administrator, you can view
every account user’s files. Companies
must choose their administrator wisely.
Q: One of my users needs to recover their
files. Can I do this for them?
A:
As
the administrator, you download the user’s files to wherever you need
to
whenever you need to. If you
are not
your own computer, you can
temporarily log yourself in and
download all
the
files and then log yourself
out. Or if you
prefer to make a CD with the user’s files, just pull all the files
down
to your
own computer.
