Perfect for any size company, Aegis Admin allows you to create a company account that is administrated by one user. Adding, removing, and monitoring other users is easy with the Admin Console.

With the Admin Console, the administrator of the account has full access to all the files of every other user on the account. The administrator will be able to initiate a recovery without the specific user’s password. Perfect for the IT manager, the console also allows the administrator to have detailed reports on the disk space usage and bandwidth consumption of each individual user.

Using the Aegis Admin Console, the administrator can easily add new users to the account without compromising security. A temporary password can be assigned and the new user will then be prompted to change their password once Aegis has been loaded on their system.

Removing users or canceling the entire account is also simple with the console. The administrator can remove users immediately or alert any individual user that their account will be closed at a specific date. The administrator can also choose to alert all users that the entire account is being canceled.
